1. Using Knewd.com
By creating an account or using Knewd.com you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. One account per person.
2. How cashback is tracked
To earn cashback you must be signed in and click the offer button on Knewd.com, which creates a unique tracking ID (SubID) for your visit. You must complete the purchase or sign-up in that same visit with cookies enabled. Ad blockers, private browsing, or going to the merchant directly may stop tracking, and we can't pay cashback we can't see.
3. Zero cut
Knewd.com passes 100% of the commission the merchant pays for your sign-up to you. We keep $0 of it. We're funded by a separate flat placement fee from the merchant. The cashback amount shown on the offer is what you'll receive once confirmed.
4. Approval times
After your sign-up is tracked it shows as Pending. The merchant usually takes 30 to 90 days to confirm it. Once confirmed, it moves to Confirmed and becomes available for payout.
5. PayPal payouts
Payouts are sent only by PayPal, to the PayPal email saved on your dashboard. You're responsible for keeping that email correct. Payments sent to an email you entered are considered delivered.
6. Reversals and fraud
Cashback may be declined or reversed if the order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or charged back, if the merchant rejects it, or if we detect fraud, bots, duplicate accounts, or misuse. We may close accounts involved in abuse.
7. The merchant
The offer, pricing, and service are provided by the merchant, not Knewd.com. Any issues with the product or plan are between you and the merchant. Offer terms may change or end at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
Knewd.com is provided as is. We're not responsible for tracking failures, merchant or network errors, or outages outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the confirmed cashback owed to you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Knewd.com after changes means you accept them.
